Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Eleli (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). The Service is operated by Eleli LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of New Mexico, United States, with its principal address at 1209 Mountain Road PL NE, Ste N, Albuquerque, NM 87110. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

Eligibility & Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Eleli. By creating an account or completing an assessment, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If we discover or reasonably believe that a user is under 18, we will immediately terminate access and delete all associated data.

Nature of the Service

Eleli is a psycho-educational tool and framework designed for intimacy exploration between consenting adults. It generates personalized psychological profiles, archetype classifications, and couple overlap analyses based on self-reported assessment responses.

Medical & Clinical Disclaimer

Eleli is not a substitute for licensed clinical therapy, counseling, psychiatric treatment, or medical advice. The assessments, profiles, and reports provided by the Service are educational in nature and are intended to foster self-awareness and constructive dialogue between partners. They do not constitute a clinical diagnosis, treatment recommendation, or professional opinion of any kind. Eleli LLC shall not be liable for any personal decisions, relationship changes, or actions taken by you or any third party based on the test results or platform content.

If you are experiencing emotional distress, relationship crisis, or mental health concerns, please consult a licensed healthcare professional. Do not disregard or delay seeking professional advice because of anything you read or learn through Eleli.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your profile link and any credentials associated with your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. Eleli is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized use of your account.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, abusive, harassing, or fraudulent purpose.
• Share another person’s invite link or results without their explicit consent.
• Attempt to access, scrape, or extract data belonging to other users.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Misrepresent your identity or provide false information during the assessment.
• Use the Service to coerce, manipulate, or exert non-consensual pressure on another individual.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these provisions, at our sole discretion.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, branding, assessment frameworks, archetype systems, and copy on the Service are the property of Eleli LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Exclusion of Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Eleli LLC, including its members, managers, officers, employees, and agents, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to emotional distress, relationship dissolution, loss of privacy, or data breaches arising from the use of the platform.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Eleli LLC in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Eleli LLC makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the accuracy, reliability, appropriateness, or safety of any AI-generated output or profiles.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Mexico.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
